I booked a flight from Paris to Doha to Bangkok on December 2022 for a flight in february 2023 and back to paris
I book for 2 persons and paid extra services too
Had to purchase one more ticket, almost 4k, right at the counter because they were unable to change information on my booking, which was modified by their system.
and now they ask for 400 euros for canceling fees and refuse to reimurse my tickets.
