Horrible customer service. I have been writing to them for a week now to get a return label, they have not responded. They promised to send it to me on Tuesday and disappeared. Today is Thursday and I have not heard from them since Monday. They don't answer emails, the phone doesn't work! I have never seen such treatment of customers in my life. I doubt this brand has any customer service at all. It's horrible. Horrible expérience. I don't know what to add! Don't buy things from them as then you just can't send them back and get your money back, like me.
