Ordered Shelves
Ordered some shelves, and found a piece inside was damaged. Tried to contact them immediately through the app, but message would not send (tried several times over several days). Finally found their email address and used that, only to be told that we needed to contact them within 48 orders (which we tried but obviously could not because the app was broken), and also that we should have reported the damaged piece while the delivery person was still there... implying that we should have opened all 3 boxes that the shelves came in and examine every piece at the moment of delivery. That assumes we have the time in that minute it is delivered and that the delivery person will wait, which I don't remember ever happening for any delivery. I will definitely be thinking twice before ordering from Brico Privé again.
