Studio Rent
Their cancellation policy and their booking process are really unclear.
I have booked a studio for 2023 instead of 2022 (my bad).
I realised this mistake a week after the booking and they simply kept the agency fee (300Euros) even tho the booking was for a year later ... giving them the time to rent the studio again... // The landlord didn't even received the money when I cancelled my booking...
That's incredibly unfair for an honest mistake and just not smart business-minded.
By no means I'd like to recommend a company like this ) You have plenty other alternatives of booking platform with a better customer service.
