    Ecigplanete cashes your money without sending your products

    I have been a customer with ecigplanete for over 5 years. Since I am an expat living in Bulgaria I always made big orders (+500€) to reduce mail costs and to have my steady supply of vape and accessories assured.

    Last order I received no tracking information afterwards, despite the order having been confirmed, and the order being marked as 'payed'. After two weeks I contacted ecigplanete via mail, and I got a very impersonal and unstructured reply about my account (including bank account) possibly being hacked as an excuse for their silence.

    So this is the way ecigplanete treats customers when they find the transaction possibly fraudulent? Just cash in the money and shut up? No mail, no phone call? No check of my history of orders (some of which were higher in amount than last one)? No check that the mail address, the bank account and the home address are still the same as all the previous orders? Just stay quiet and cash in the money?

    Sorry, no more ecigplanete for me, thank you.
